Where/how to get
• Obtained during Mourning's Ends Part I from the Gnome on a Rack after giving him magic logs, soft leather and the broken device.

Other information
Uses coloured frogs (to get this, use a dye on Ogre bellows and use it on a toad) as ammo. Used during the quest to dye sheep and can shoot frogs at other players during/after the quest. It won't do anything though.
