Obtained during A Fairy Tale Part I. Use a spade to dig while standing on the grave north of Draynor Manor.

When you dig the grave, your character will say "I can't believe I'm about to do this!".

The examine information for the gravestone seems to offer some information about the man who lies in the grave: "Here lies Guy, he told a lie, so we swung him from the gallows high."
